Overview
Lift Experts invites you to participate in our Referral Programme to either:
- Earn $1,000 per lift when you refer new clients, or
- Receive $1,000 off each lift in your own first order as a new customer.
Important: Only one type of reward may be applied per order. You may claim either a referral reward or a discount reward—not both. By joining the programme, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The Referrer (Earn $1,000 per lift)
This reward applies when you refer a new client to Lift Experts.
- Your referral link must be used by the referred client in order for us to identify you as the referrer and in order for you to qualify for a reward.
- The referred client must be new to Lift Experts (no prior quotes, enquiries, or purchases – Lift Experts discretion can be applied here in fairness to the referrer).
- You will receive $1,000 per lift sold in the referred client’s first order.
- If the referred client purchases multiple lifts in one sale, you’ll receive $1,000 for each lift.
- Referrer rewards are valid only for the first order made by the referred client.
- There is no limit to how many clients you can refer.
- Rewards will be paid within 30 days of receipt of first payment for the lift project by your referred client.
- The referrer must be over 18 years of age.
- A minimum order value of $20,000 applies.
- Referrals must be genuine and shared responsibly.
2. $1,000 Discount Reward
This reward applies if you are a new client to Lift Experts (no prior quotes, enquiries, or purchases – Lift Experts discretion can be applied here in fairness to the discount recipient).
- You must have signed up through the referral programme link before purchasing.
- You will receive $1,000 discount for each lift in your first order.
- If you purchase multiple lifts in your first order, you will receive $1,000 discount per lift.
- This offer is available to new customers only (no prior quotes, enquiries, or purchases received from Lift Experts).
- A minimum order value of $20,000 applies.
- The discount is applied at the time of invoice and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- This offer is not valid in combination with other promotions or discount codes.
How It Works
1. For Referrer Reward
If you sign up using the Referral Programme link, and know a builder, architect or even a homeowner who you think is interested in a lift, you can refer them to earn $1000 per lift they buy from Lift Experts
- Register at: https://app.liftexperts.com.au/referral
- Once registered, you will receive a unique referral link that includes your personal referral ID.
- Share this link with friends, clients, or colleagues.
- To qualify for the referral reward, the referred person must use your referral link when submitting their enquiry or making a purchase.
- Only referrals that come through your unique link will be tracked and eligible for the $1,000 reward.
Important: If the referred client does not use your referral link, we won’t be able to attribute the sale to you, and no referral reward will be issued.
2. For New Clients Claiming the $1,000 Discount (Deposit Reward Programme)
If you sign up using the Referral Programme link, and have a lift project that Lift Experts can quote on, get in touch with us to start the process, and you will earn $1000 per lift you buy from Lift Experts*

- Once registered, you are eligible to receive a $1,000 discount per lift on your first order.
- This discount will be automatically applied at the time of invoice.
- The discount is valid only on your first purchase with Lift Experts.
- If you purchase multiple lifts in the same order, you will receive $1,000 off each lift.
Note: This offer is for new customers only and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Who Can Be Referred
1. For the Referrer Reward
Referred clients must be new to Lift Experts i.e. no prior quotes, enquiries, or purchases – Lift Experts discretion can be applied here in fairness to the reward recipient.
2. For the Discount Reward
You must be new to Lift Experts i.e. no prior quotes, enquiries, or purchases – Lift Experts discretion can be applied here in fairness to the discount recipient.
Reward Delivery & Tracking
1. For the Referrer Reward
- Your referral link must be used by the referred client in order for us to identify you as the referrer and in order for you to qualify for a reward.
- Referral rewards are paid via direct deposit or agreed method within 30 days of receipt of first payment for the lift project by your referred client.
2. For the Discount Reward
- Discount rewards are applied at the time of purchase.
- To qualify for a discount reward, you must have registered through the referral programme link before you receive a quotation.
- Discount rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Misuse & Integrity
Lift Experts reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any participant for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Reject referrals not properly registered through the programme.
- Amend or cancel this programme without prior notice.
